The tannins are well-integrated as is the oak influences, very good chemistry balance.

Like a Cabernet Sauvignon, the Cabernet Franc can handle rich, meat-based meals very well.
We suggest pairing the 707 Cab Franc with roasted Rack of Lamb, Peppered Flank Steak or a hearty Beef Stew.
